Singapore Global International Attends BNI Singapore Brilliant Chapter as Guest

Attending a local business-referral community as guests, meeting partners across education, trade, agritech and dining — with Ms Annie Shi of Cedar Global+ sharing "One Chart to See Your Child's Singapore Education Path".

The BNI Singapore Brilliant Chapter meeting

Business Referrals, Face to Face

BNI is a global business-referral organisation — "Changing The Way The World Does Business". Its chapters meet every week: members take turns to present their business and refer customers to one another, and visitors are given a reserved guest seat so they can see how the chapter works before deciding whether to join.

At the meeting, Ms Amanda — the tenth president of the Brilliant Chapter — introduced BNI's purpose and overview. BNI was founded by Dr Ivan Misner in 1985; according to the figures presented (for the last 12 months), it now covers 84 countries and regions with 11,600 chapters and around 357,000 members worldwide, and over the past year members passed 19.7 million referrals generating more than US$27.4 billion of business among them.

This morning (2 October) we attended the weekly meeting of BNI Singapore's Brilliant Chapter as guests. We exchanged views with the Singapore business owners around the table and introduced Singapore Global International's business units — international education, international trade, agritech and smart dining — together with our recently launched AI education courses.

At the same meeting, Ms Annie Shi (Annie 老师), a senior consultant at Cedar International Edutech (brand: Cedar Global+), gave an education roadshow sharing titled "One Chart to See Your Child's Singapore Education Path" (the slide is dated 2026.10.02), echoing our education belief: see the child, plan the future. Parents who would like to understand their child's education path in Singapore are welcome to contact us through our website.

Singapore's market is built on SMEs, and many opportunities begin with a referral after people have met in person. Face-to-face business communities like this one complement our online channels: the website, the news centre and our AI customer-service assistant.
